Wellness Programs

We strive to help individuals heal by providing a better understanding of the mind-body connection and by improving body awareness through mindful movement and other therapeutic services.

This total-body approach to healing is ideal for women struggling with:

  • Chronic pain

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • Anxiety or depression

  • PTSD

Individuals in vulnerable groups are more likely to have at least one of these conditions, but finding wellness services can often be difficult. That’s why we work with each individual to not only establish their goals and preferences, but to create a wellness plan that’s tailored to them.
